Inventory 101: ending the day knowing what to reorder

You shouldn't need a spreadsheet to know when to reorder color. Here's a workflow that takes under two minutes at end-of-day.
Set par levels once
For each SKU, decide the minimum quantity you ever want on hand. Anything below that triggers a reorder.
Scan as you use
If your software supports barcode scanning, deduct as products leave the shelf. Otherwise a daily 30-second count works fine.
